j/k...I think SteveH said his was registered for road use in California and that it was nearly impossible to get registered there if you were to buy one for less...hence the premium.

Steve's is orange...oh yeah, and it's legal in CA. This one is black and legal in every other state.

Also, I might have missed it, but how many miles are on the car?

 

I'm 6'2" and change and fit fine. The only issue you'll run into is that your head (with helmet) will be at the top of the air intake roll hoop, thus requiring the full roll bar for complete protection.

 

Oh, alright great. I can't get over how awsome these cars are!

For 6'3'', you'll fit just fine. This car has the roll bar mentioned above.

The car has 500 miles.

It is registered and insured in Vermont.

The difference in price is due to the owner, Jason, wanting a quick sale. I've been telling him to up the price for awhile now but he just wants it out of the garage. AWESOME CAR! I would buy it in a heartbeat if I had the cash.

 

Forgot one important thing:
After June 17, the price of a new Atom with these options rises to $67,000 with a 7 month wait. This car is $10,000 LESS and already registered.
