FT: Smoked 997 Parts for STOCK + CASH

Hello !

As some of you may know, I'm taking over Byron's 997 Carrera S so he can go and get himself a GT3. *jealous* = )

Anyways, I work at UC San Diego and the cops here have a personal vendetta against me, so a blacked out car will just give them more ammunition to own me. Because of this, I got a ton of smoked parts that will be up for trade.

I would prefer local trade, but willing to ship if you ship me your parts first. Assuming all trade are like new condition.

Tail Light Assembling (Left and Right) smoked by Lucent
Asking: $100 w/ core exchange

Smoked 3rd brake light
Asking: $100 shipped

Smoked Side Markers
Asking: free with core exchange
** core obviously needs to be clear side markers

'Lobster' wheels painted black w/ near new tires
(
rash on the inner barrel of the rear driver side from transport, not visible without taking off the wheel or putting the car up on a lift)
Asking: core w/near new tires + $200 or core exchange and buyer pays shipping both ways

SOME MORE STUFF:

997S take-off Steering Wheel + Airbag in BLACK( round, not multi function)
Asking: how much is a steering wheel w/ airbag worth? $800 ?

Silver Porsche Emblem
Asking: $40

Custom Neoprene Seat Cover by Wet Okole (black/gray two tone)
Asking: $100

Kevin here are my thoughts. I would keep the eye lids because they look good but if you remove them remember there is glue attaching them and you will need some solvent to clean up. The trade for the tailights seem fair and someone should jump on them. You should throw in the tinted third brake light ( Never installed and hopefully it is in the car 180 value) for free. You don't need the third brake light because the clear one is still on the car. The side markers are worth about 40 dollars I think. The wheels cost me 200 dollars a wheel to paint and are in excellent condition. Kevin are you keeping the spacers or are you including them? 7 mm front and 15 mm rear are currently on the car.
All the parts are in excellent condition and the car stayed in a rental of mine so no one had access but me..lol

Aloha

Byron

P.s. Kevin I better not get the car back in a box..lol

it's shipped in a box right ? = ) Thanks for your input. You being one of the more respectable members on this board, I should have no problems moving these. I'm crossing my fingers that the car arrives in the condition it left. Talk to you tomorrow afternoon, have a good night !

Kevin, keep the black wheels, look great on the car.

Tim I am keeping it at my house on Oahu. Maui roads suck for any car.

Aloha

I might end up keeping the wheels if they don't go since they got practically new tires on them. But the lenses will more than likely need to go.

Entertaining any reasonable offers for all three sets of items.

thanks for all the comments guys = )

no one is interested? Lots of people always like blacked out cars, and this is a cheap way to get everything done all together. I wonder why no one is biting?

Why would Byron buy a GT3? You can't go over 35 where he lives on a good day ....
