I originally purchased this in Summer 2007 with plans to install on wife's 325 but now that her car has been traded in, this project will never get done.

This is an aFe Cold Air Intake Stage 1 made for BMW E46 2001-2005 models. It's still in the original box and has never even been opened - still in it's original box. Thought about returning it but I did buy it 5-6mos ago so I doubt they'd take it back.

I paid $356.95 plus s/h back in the summer 2007. Want to do a quick sell for $300 inc s/h via FedEx Ground(trying to clean out garage before move right after Christmas)

I have several references on the board so be assured this is legit.
