I just bought a C2 that was mid-way into a conversion into a DE car. The previous owner had Dan Jacob's Hairy Dog Garage install a set of seats that won't work for me. Here's the description:

17" Kirkey Deluxe Road Race w/ Black Knit Cover
18" w/ Black Cover (1 for driver, wider 1 for passenger)
Foam Lumbar Inserts
Lower Seat Brackets
Sliders
Seat Slider Lever

The owner is very tall at 6'4". With the Kirkey he was able to comfortably sit in the C2 with a helmet. He has the seat lowered on the bracket, but the seat could be at "normal" height. So, if you are big, small, tall, short, these seats can work for you.

The parts invoice from Stable Energies was $1800. I'd like to recover $1400, which is about a 22% discount plus shipping (prefer pick-up in Central CT or I could meet somewhere near). These seats are "as new" - just some test miles in the car.

 

I may be interested in the seats. Is there an "inboard" attachment for the stock seat belt receptacle?

 

I have the intermediate version of this seat in my track car, and I think it's more comfy than the GT3 Rs Recarros I have in my 996TT.

Somebody needs to grab these at this price!
