Who's got some straight pipes FS?
I assumed you have a 996 NA and want straight pipes. If that the case, I have a pair of straight pipes with Porsche OEM big oval tip.
PM me!
No I have a 996 TT, and the pipes are for weight savings, not sound so as long as I dont lose a lot of power I'm good. If I can find or have made a good set, I'll do that, but in that case I wont need something as good as the PSI, I'll just need something that'll do for emissions and such. My car is 90% track and 10% driving to the shop to get ready for the track, and an occasional joyride.

I gotta try it man. May try the staights before selling the PSI, but with as much track as I do, I wont be worried much about the loudness.

This is my only concern. I need to know this wont happen.
No.. c4s pipes won't fit.
But, even if you lose some low end torque, on the track, you won't be in the low RPM range. Thus, don't have to worry about low end torque. Freeing up the back pressure will help you in the high RPM's.

Trying to lose some weight Jenk.
joyride, that is enticing as I love the power up top, but I've grown attached to the low end power and torque of the TT. I'm going to try the straights, and if I dont like the feel of it, the straights will just be for the track and I'll throw the PSI back on for the street.
