Boris - Are the middle cushions alcantara or leather? The first pics make it seem as though it's alcantara because of the swirls. Also, do these come with the rails?

Just out of curiosity, how much wider are these than regular GT3 seats? Are the shells actually wider, or is it the padding different? Good luck with the sale!

 

i cant find anything about wide versions of the GT3 seats anywhere. im wondering if perhaps there was an issue with the other seats you sat in that make these feel wider and in fact yours are just the same as everyone elses GT3 seats in terms of size. they dont look noticeably wider than my drivers seat from the photo. perhaps the others you sat in were just ordinary recaros or copies?
for anyone consdering an upgrade. GT3 seats really are great in terms of comfort and transmitting the feel of the car to you as you drive. i couldnt go back to a non GT3 seat, the regular seats just feel so lumpy. i do regular long journeys and never have an issue. the only potential i could see was if you were real short and needed your factory seat lifted as high as it could go to allow you to see over the dash.
im sure this doesnt apply to many lol. ive no issues with the seat being too tight and im big, almost 6'5" and 200lbs
