a picture would indeed be good. im looking for a fabric covered GT3 seat as i only bought a single one. is this the porsche one with the coloured badge stitched onto the headrest?

 

I think this is a pole position, not GT3 seat

 

Here are your pics. You can see the German sticker with Recaro on it. I know it came from a cup car because I bought it from the car owner. The Porsche stitched emblem came loose and I did not want to lose it. The smudge in the middle of the back is where the emblem used to be.

drjoe, you are indeed correct. i thought the GT3 seats were based on pole positions and so this was what was being referred to since the cloth gt3 have a rather obvious recaro badging across them thats not present on the more refined leather versions.

this will make a great seat for someone, especially at that price.

 

996TT says it looks like it is based on Recaro SPG seats. I thought it was a based on Pole Position.
