Go to Edge Motorwerks in Dublin. They did all the work on my e46 when I had it and they are top shelf guys.

i didnt know Edge actually opens up the diff and installs new gears.

I don't see why they would not. They work on and modify every other inch of the car from what I have seen. They even mentioned to me if I was to keep modding my car that would be one of the next recommended mods, and I just assumed they would do the install.
