I know OEM Always looks best but Pre 2003 PCM I are Completely Out-Dated... Even 2003+ PCMII CD Navs are now being Out-Dated...

Id suggest you get some of the new aftermarket stuff, much much better

I may be of some help to you then. I have Nav on my 2002 996TT (PreMOST, same as 2001). Occasionally it gives me a disk error on the actual Nav (says CD upside down). However, the screen works perfect and controls all of the other functions (Stereo, On Board Computer, AC, Sim Card phone integration, everything). If you are interested in purchasing it for the look and the big screen but aren't going to use the Nav, then this might be perfect for you. Let me know your thoughts.

I am thinking about taking mine out and selling it. R U still looking for one? I have a 2002 996TT with stock nav. It works fine, I actually just sold the only disc I had for it. I had a southwest disc and I dont live there. I brought it up from Houston to Kentucky...

I have also been thinking of taking out my Nav system and upgrading with something else. Mine works perfect. It is in my 01 996TT.
