F.S. Kenwood DNX8120 Double Din Stereo/NAV/DVD/Bluetooth/Ipod-Brand New In Box!

***SOLD***

Back in town. Come and get it. This is as low as I go and then to ebay where I should be able to get more with more hassle, however.

Selling this BRAND NEW, never opened Kenwood head unit that pretty much does it all...

I bought this to install in my Audi S6 a few months back and I just sold the car to get an SUV. The replacement vehicle has a Levinson Nav system so this if up for sale...my loss It's a double din so it'll fit in most vehicles including almost any Porsche!

I have the previous generation of this headunit in my 996TT and it ROCKS! Nav is super sweet and the sound quality with my fully done system is spectacular... I can demo if somebody is interested in seeing what these are capable of!

Sells typically for $1,600 (Crutchfield, etc...)

Selling for $1,250 OBO and will take paypal or would prefer cash or local money order. Will ship if needed at buyer's expense. I purchased from my local installer, Dennis Baris Designs in Los Angeles who is an authorized dealer so the warranty is fully intact. Don't buy the refurb crap on ebay or gray market w/o a warranty to save a few bucks!

See Crutchfield for full reviews, specs, details, etc...

I'm not sure of the exact timeframe, but it's the standard warranty period.

In my experience, if your unit is going to have a problem, it's likely to occur within a short time after installing it or many years down the line. The warranty is good if you happen to get unlucky with a unit that has an issue and they take care of it and you're usually good. Having said that, I've owned 4-5 top of the line Kenwood Excelon units over the years and I've never had an issue personally. These are great units with high quality components. The excelon line is their 'good' stuff. Trust me, my audio guy wouldn't recommend these unless they made super clean sound. He hates gadgetry and even though this one has it, it still makes super clean music!!!

Thanks for the interest so far, guys. This is still for sale right now. As stated, I am taking offers so if anybody is interested, make me an offer. Lowball offers will not be considered. I am not desperate and not planning on giving this away but will take a fair offer!

Happy Holidays! Don't miss out on all the great deals on everything these days!!! I wish houses in my area were as cheap as the cars/toys, etc... ;P

FYI, this is an Excelon unit, so it should have a 2 year warranty.
I have the older dnx7100--great unit, the navi is by garmin so it's very easy to use, plus you can ground the parking brake wire and punch in destinations while moving (way better than the factory lock out b.s.)

good luck with sale!

Yes, I have an 8017 in my 996 and it is completely unlockable... I can watch movies, type in destinations, I run Navtraffic, XM, iPod, etc... These units are pretty amazing. The Nav is updatable via USB I believe-very simple to add new maps and such!

If you have been considering a headunit, look no further!

Last price drop and then off to ebay. I'm shocked that nobody picked this up yet for how cheap I am selling it!!! Must be due to Holidays and crappy economic outlook...

$1,075 FIRM!
