WTB: PCM1 Disks

This wtb has moderator approval...VSE Chuck

I have 2002 911 Turbo with the factory PCM1 system. I am looking for the entire set of the nav disks. If you would like to sell or copy for me, I will gladly pay. BTW it was my Porsche dealer who suggested I buy from another or get a copy from them since they are no longer made and the copyright on them is over once Porsche abandoned them.

My car has a built date of March 2002 so I am guessing that I have the 16 bit unit. Will the disks labelled 2001.1 work on this system? I know this disks will be outdated but I want to keep my car as stock as possible.

Thanks for all your help.
Z4MET

Guys,

I cannot PM you as the system requires a min. of 15 posts before I can PM others. Could you please both PM with what you would like for your nav disk and then I should be able to reply to you if you PM me first.

Thanks,
Z4MET

I backed up my 2002 PCM1 CD (has at least all 48 states) and have the dataset still, so with this you could burn your own navi CD.

PCM1 CDs 2002-1 or 2003-1

I"ll be happy to take anything I can get. Send me info on the process (download, mail, etc.) and any associated costs.

If I can get this thing working, you will be my hero!
