Perfect working condition. Has fair amount of surface scratches on the top of the amp, which does not affect the performance. Also has a 1/2' x 1" chunk missing from one of the heat sink fins, when the amp was removed from my car by another individual. Can be repaired by JL for $75 according to customer service(see 4th pic below).
