For Sale: Milltek stainless steel full exhaust for 3.8l 997S - recently removed from '07 997S in fine condition - don't know if they fit gen2; on car for about a year and 5000 miles; sound beautiful, not at all irritating at highway speeds and wonderful at WOT! Consists of Milltek long-tube headers (which were ceramic-coated by Fuzion/Bill Bentow in Florida), 200-cell cats and high flow silencers (Eng. for mufflers) and olive clamps. You should plan to use fresh gaskets (at your expense, as is shipping). (I haven't snapped any pics yet, but will do so upon serious interest. Milltek's or Stratmosphere's site may show the shiny/polished stainless (at about $6400 if memory is correct), but mine came as the normal, regular stainless steel (you know what heat does to them anyway) - quite light and in fine shape. I wish they'd fit my new Cayman S - I'd sure keep 'em! I loved the sound; many compliments)

Two have inquired regarding any CEL ("check engine light") issues; not a one, ever. FYI, one has inquired whether I would separate the set and sell only the cats and another inquiry has asked if I would sell the headers and cats. As they comprise a set of three components, I am waiting for a sale of the complete set for now. Reasonable offers will be considered. (Also have the IPD plenum for 3.8l for sale, but not yet posted, as well as the SmartTop cabriolet controller (in-the-bag/never opened NEW) and carbon fiber "Carrera S" door sills (also in-the-bag/never opened NEW) Thanks for looking.

 

I had a Miltek system on my Audi S4, excellent sound and build quality.
