Ken,

How would they fit on a NB? I was thinking of spacers to push the wheels out on all 4 corners- 15mm-18mm rear and 5mm-10mm front. What do you think? I'm interested...

I will vouch for Ken. Purchased some cats from him and had a great smooth transaction

Ken is up in Vancouver on a regular basis, perhaps he can bring them up with him next time.

Joel: They'd be pretty aggressive on a narrow body. My current wheels have 11.5" rims and 62mm offset, so stick out about 11.5 mm further than standard 11" rims with 67mm offset, and I think they're about as far out as I would want them. But I think Ed has 15mm spacers on his narrow body and he likes them, right Ed?
This shot angle isn't perfect for showing it, but shows my wheels with 11 mm less offset than factory lobster wheels that came with the car.

Jim: Thanks for trying to increase my small sizes. But in fact, I have such large sizes, that I purposely decrease them to avoid using up too much space. In other words, I can make mine much bigger than yours if I want to.

BTW, if you haven't put Ed's, I mean my cats on yet, I may have to get them sent back so they'll get some use.

It is for the 11.5" Carrera Sport rear rims (NB version- what are they 62mm offset) ?

It should be shown right beside the air valve on each wheel. I believe they are 65 mm offset. I'm afraid 18 mm spacers would be too much. Your wheels are already 8mm further out than 11" rims with standard 67mm offsets. Adding another 18mm would bring them out 26 mm from standard 11" wheels. The factory uses 17mm spacers with Carrera Sports on the wide bodied cars.
I think these spacers are best for wide bodied cars using narrow body offset wheels, or else narrow body cars with 11" rims and 67mm offset wheels. But someone may want a really aggressive look, so these might work for them too.

They aren't worth $1600 because Ed abused them. Ooops.

You're probably right, they would be too wide. I don't actually have my new wheels yet-I pick them up from my Seattle office next week, so I will confirm things then. GLWS

These spacers are still available. They're great for anyone wanting to put NB 997 wheels on a WB 997.
