Not sure on the fitment but with spacers it should be a non issue but check with a Porsche tech first. The pads are stock and the rotors have not been turned.

Looks like you would know.

I'm thinking of using these on my 1999 C4 Tip.

The stock brakes are the black ones and I can use them on another car.

But, it looks to me that these would be plug and play on my Porsche.

I have the 18" factory wheels with all the cap head bolts and they would clear these rotors?

What is the opinion out there?

Will this upgrade work? Is it a good idea?

Thanks.

I am pretty sure the 996TT came with 18" so I don't see why not. The only issue is your wheel carriers may not be the same (which I don't think they are) and the bolt holes won't line up.

You'd need to change to TT wheel carriers and possibly struts, not sure if the C4 has the angled strut install to clear the front axles as the TT does... I'd assume so, but I'd need to compare to confirm.

Cheers
Aaron

This is a steal. For all of you TT guys who's brakes have discolored from track use these would be a perfect fix. Better than repainting your current calipers.

GLWS!
