You are looking at a single H.R.E. 21"x11" Wheel Model 790R
This wheel could be used with 3 others, or be used as a display wheel, a very cool table, or for some other form of art.
Wheel is big and beautiful !!!!
Here are the measurement I have come up with on the wheel.
21"x11"
4" Polished Lip
As far as the bolt pattern, I measured it to the best of my ability to be 5x120.65 or 5x4.75, offset is -38
Just a guess, but I was say it's a wheel for Aston Martin V8 Vantage . But I do not know for fact.
Here are some other numbers on the back of the wheel that you may be able to use to get more info from H.R.E.

Engraved on the lip is "HRE R40 (P) 21x4-5" I assume this is data about the lip/outside piece itself.
Wheel has never been used.
Retail price for one wheel would be around $2000.00
If needed I am willing to take the wheel to a shop in my area to get the exact dimensions confirmed or whatever you need.
Would make a cool table.
