FS: 20inch BBS LM
Hey guys. As some of you guys know, I sold my CCW earlier this year to pick up a set of LM's that I found. I thought I was over the speed thing after hitting the track and getting some good times. I thought it was time to relax and cruise now. Boy was I wrong...
Well...I ended up buying the wheels and only had them on the car for 3 weeks because I was going out to a track event at buttonwillow. This was back in April of this year. Took them off and never put them back on. I love being on 18's too much! I love not having to worry about pot holes and the in your seat feeling is a lot more apparent with the smaller wheels. I LOVE the way the car looks but I think I finally realize I am over the "show" side of this car and more of a "go" guy.
Just a FYI...If you are extremely lowered and drive in Sport II all the time, you will most likely rub(I'm talking about the rear on a W211). I drove the car in the Comfort setting and never had any issues with rubbing. I think you would be fine with a 285/25/20 but don't quote me on it, by no means am I a tire expert but that is just my opinion. I'm sure it's possible to run a more aggressive spacer up front given that you go with a smaller tire size. Your
car.
SO....these babies have to go so I can make room for some lightweight, forged wheels for when I go to the track and for everyday.
