lol haha yep sometimes it's in the way in my garage and then I bump it.

I had a bunch of offers from east coast but shipping a hood is a pain. So theoretically at some point someone closer by should pop up. If not I'll bolt it one for certain events where I need to reduce all possible weight without ripping interior and stuff.

Why are you selling it? So, no trade? I have a 2004 GT Silver Metallic hood and I'm from San Diego, CA. That's definitely local compared to most takers.
Did you say Gemballa style (so its a replica of some sort). Can you post close up photos of the chip and one "line" under the clear coating pls.

It's a good question bc I am a racer so like to keep the car light and this hood saves 10 lbs vs stock hood. But in the end, I just wanted an OEM look.

"Hair" line scratch. It's barely visible but shows in certain light so I wanted to disclose it. It's actually in the clear-coating I noticed when I got up close, so it can be buffed out.

Yep I managed to not back into it for a long time.

Creative ideas for how to use it is welcome as alternative so selling it. It seems popular everywhere except in CA but to ship it is just a very risky business, big, flat, light, large, expensive.

 

98281 is in Washington actually. I get stuff shipped there as do lots of US buying and selling.
