Hi all,

Up for sale are used RSC sport cats for the Aston Martin V8 Vantage. I had them on my car for about 5,000 miles so they, other than being a bit dirty, are still like new. I am selling them because I traded in my V8 for the V12 and I want to keep the existing sound of the V12, at least for now.

These cats are much less restrictive than the OEM cats and Stuart from RSC said that they free up 20 bhp (tested using a dyno). In addition, the sport cats are much lighter than the OEM cats.

As for sound, the cats give the car a more aggressive growl, as well as little crackles and pops on the overrun. That said, they are not so loud as to be annoying, make long trips unenjoyable, or drown out conversation.
