Up for sale is my IMA Motorsport Twin Turbo Kit for any NA 996 (anything BUT the GT1 996TT). Sold the 4S for an offer I couldn't refuse this week and finally am getting myself in to a 997.......This was installed on my 996 C4S for about a year and a half and about 7K miles and was an AMAZING boost of power at only 4-5 lbs of boost. This kit will fit any 996 NA motor (C2/C4/Targa/C4S/GT3); but if you have a 997, all you need are a couple of different custom fabbed pipes if you so choose.
This kit was built with all the best components including TWIN Garrett 3076 turbos. I ran stock headers and stock cats with this set up and had PLENTY of power
Quantity Two (2) Garrett 3076's
Tial Diverter Valves and Wastegates
OEM Porsche GT3 2nd Radiator for add'l cooling
Custom Intercooler
HKS EVC-S Electronic Boost Controller
Custom Pipes, Hoses and Tubes
This kit had a Protomotive Tune by Todd Knighton, so you can have your shop upload that software on to your car and you're set to go. All you need is an electronic or mechanical oil pump. You can also have another tuner provide an even more custom tune if you so choose.
The kit sits where the stock mufflers are so the kit is completely concealed and easily installed as pure BOLT-ON. Pretty much any Porsche Tuner can install this kit, otherwise, if you are close or are willing to ship your car, Ivan at IMA Motorsport can install the kit for you.
Asking price is $6300 but am open to reasonable offers. Kit is off the car obviously and is ready to be picked up. Many folks have seen the kit locally
Thanks for looking.
Here are some vids as well of the kit in action........
