I've got a set of clean stock 17" Boxster 987 wheels that are almost factory new. drove 2k miles on them before swapping out the wheels. I am selling them at $400. If anyone is interested, ping me with an offer. These should work on 986s also.

any chance these will work on a 996?? i'm entering the market for winters and 17in tires would probably be a little more affordable than 18's...

There's a Porsche wheel specialist here in LA that I can call to confirm.

Which model are these? I have a set of 987 cayman 17's on my 986 boxster and had to install 5mm spacers to clear my 996 front brakes.
