They might since 997 ICs fit 996's with minimal trimming to 996 IC plastic housing assembly.

Edit 2: Looks like the part numbers are different, additionally new hoses will be required too

Selling because I bought the 911tuning 850GT package a year ago. These ICs are in great condition and perform flawlessly with much improved efficiency in reducing heatssoak and no delay time in spool.
