the euro GT3 seats do not have recline, fold capabilities, correct?

Correct, they are a solid back seat. Made that way for track purposes and to clear the roll bar.

No, just black backs. The leather is now grey as pictured.

There are OEM CF GT3 seats, but they are very rare and equally expensive. I've seen a set once at $8k.
