This shifter was in my 996T when I purchased it, so I do not know a lot about it. It looks like it is this Swift Shift Kit from evoms, but I am not certain:

It has aluminum bushings and a billet linkage. I swapped it out for a 997SSK, so I am putting this one up for sale.
