Ever wonder how Alpha3076 spool vs. a K24 ? Here is how..

I was playing with the dynojet program, overlaying my latest file vs some other cars I have runs for and my previous dyno runs. I found one of my older pulls on K24s, FVD tune, 5bar FPR, Cargraphic exhaust, 1.1bar boost. Interestingly enough an A30 setup with proper supporting mods brings on horsepower the same as a K24

Notice how much smoother the big turbo tune is then the FVD box tune for the K24s. Thats with smoothing at 5 which is max...

If anyone has A28 dynojet files or 18G files, i'd be glad to overlay them and post them here.

good idea ! going the same route soon tuned k24 to a30s, also stock k16 & 24 levels will be nice to have

IDK how it will relate to this thread because I never compared 30rs to k24s but the tune alone has everything to do with spool up... I recently had 2 clients with XXX conservative tunes( one from Germany and another from US) and after loading one of our flashes( not bragging just really trying to make a point) the car was day and night... spooled faster and was way more responsive. I actually was shocked as no other changes have been made...
