Matching set of 6000k D2S and 6000k HID H3 Foglights for 997 Turbo. Both used for less than 5000 miles. In perfect condition.

Reason for selling: Going to a different matched set of PIAA Super Cobalts.

Note: This is for the bulbs only. To install the H3 HID, you need to already be running HID fogs, or you need to buy a 35W ballast/ignitor.

Ultinon 6000K bulbs are only 2400 lumens each compared to stock 4300k (3200 lumens each), BUT, combined with HID fogs, you still get 30% more light than with just 4300k D2S/Halogen H3:

6000k D2S/H3 HID = 2400 lumens X 4 = 9600 lumens on the road
Stock 4300k D2S/ Halogen H3 = 6400 + 1100 = 7500 lumens on the road

(35W Halogen = 550lumens)

6000k Ultinon D2S/H3 HID on the 997TT itself.

 

Reason for selling. This is what I have changed to: PIAA 6600k D2S/H3. It's not as bright as the 6000k Philips, but I like the color of the 6600k better.

 

This is the ultimate lighting HID setup. Very bright with a nice white/blue color.
