I believe so. Evoms used to have these listed on their site but I can no longer find any info. I never installed these on my car. Maybe someone else can chime in.
FWIW... EVOMS used to sell this upgrade (just y-pipe and TB) for over $2000...... tack on the Plenum and you are looking at over $3k new for this setup.
