This member has been ban from 6speed. He has been under investigation for failing to issue a refund when he accepted payment, then cancelled the transaction and sold the seats to someone else. Despite attempts at resolution, several weeks have passed and only a partial refund has been made. Please contact moderators if you feel you have had a similar transaction.

Thank You, Moderator.
Unfortunately I am the victim here guys.
The aforementioned member who goes by the name of "Bartosz Kowalski" with screen ID Sql_pl according to his PayPal name has defrauded me of 1,600 dollars to say the least. It originally was 2,040 but he attempted to make a partial return. It has been more than 30 days in giving him time to come up with the money but unfortunately has not done so.
The original agreement was to send him half the money upfront and the remainder to be paid before January. He agreed and I confidently sent him the funds since he has sold various merchandise on the board etc. When I approached him in the beginning of January to send the remainder of the payment he told me he no longer had the seats and he would be refunding me my money. It’s been close to 30 days and no word from him. It never in my mind occurred that this sole member would try to run with the money but I guess I was wrong. You live and you learn.
I have contacted a law firm in Poland which has taken the case and has assured me they will try to do everything possible to take this to court and have some type of remedy, I am willing to pay the money to teach some principles here.

Did you open a PayPal case? I recently got screwed by a board member here, from NJ, and PayPal was very helpful... up to the point where I was unable to recover the funds because I was convince to "gift" the money. It really stinks that we have to deal with this on this forumn, but that this the problem with dealing with people in general. Good luck man.
