OK everyone, the buyer first in line just contacted me. He has the first right of refusal and I'll let you know what happens. There are now 4 people in line behind him so I will be sending pm's to everyone so nobody is left hanging once I have a yes or no from him.

 

Update: Since I sent the last email, I have waited over 9 hours for what should have been 20 minutes or so to hopefully hear back from the person first in line with what he wants to do. I may be blasted for offering it to the next buyer in line at this point, but I am doing so. I expect someone to at least get back to me in a timely fashion, knowing how many people are waiting behind him for his decision and the pressure I have been under juggling a wait list. I do not like to keep people in limbo and apologize to all who have been in this case.
