Sonny, What's up dude... This isn't the first time. It's just bad press so i'd hold off on listing anything until you have time to actually ship it.

 

I bought a carbon RUF shift **** from Sonny too. Paid for mine on 11/7 with the understanding it would ship on 11/14 when he was back in town - still haven't received it. In the last 36 hours, I've sent a PM and an e-mail - no response to either yet. I'll be logging the dispute with PayPal if I haven't received tracking info in the next day or two.

 

^^ Yea I told him i'd give him another week to get it to me or i'd have to log a dispute with paypal to try and get my money back.

Still no shift **** or return message from Sonny. I'm filing the PayPal dispute today. Also, it looks like this same user has been banned from the Rennlist forums under the user name of "Sonny1" as he had the same "En La Boca del Raton" posted as his location info on that forum. Time for the moderators to engage I guess :-/

FYI - this DB was recently banned from Rennlist for screwing another member. Don't think anyone who sent him money will be hearing from him anytime soon.

 

Paypal claim filed. Will be calling the credit card company tomorrow as well. First time i've ever had to do this with any forum member. Sad day.

Just to update I did get a refund from my chargeback on my CC finally. Member never responded to any requests. Everyone beware of this guy.
