I'm selling a set of 19" 997 GT3 wheels with an almost new set of Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires having 2,500 miles (mounted Oct 2012). The wheels are painted semi-gloss black (painted Oct 2012). They have no curb rash.

Fronts:
8.5J x 19 H2 ET 53
235/40/ZR19

Rears:
12Jx 19 H2 ET 68
305/30/ZR19

No center caps included.

I had these mounted on a 996tt with a 7mm spacer in the front and a 30mm spacer in the rear. Spacers not included.

One of the rear wheels had 3 hairline cracks prior to painting. I had the cracks professionally repaired at the time of painting.

How did you like the steering and feel going to 19s?

 

Thanks Etchhead - I loved the look and received tons of complements. I was also able to live with a little rubbing at full lock in exchange for the endless grip offered by the bigger tires. I'm running KWv3/H&R sway bars, and was able to have any rubbing mostly dialed out by raising the ride height a little. However, my wife was complaining about it and so I decided to have the stock wheels painted matte black. Looks great too but not nearly as show-stoppingly aggressive as with the GT3 wheels.

Any other takers? I am flexible on price as I'd like to move them. However, $1500 is too low. It is a very nice set with absolutely no scratches or rash - the tires are practically new and cost close to $1500 alone.

And my car is actually at GTPerf today getting its suspension fixed, actually. Small world.
