GunshipDriver is infamous around these parts
I am interested, but what would one have to do to get the 10" wide front wheels to fit in their otherwise stock 996TT?

Add me to the list. Do you just need a lot of camber to fit the 10" fronts?

You need aftermarket coilovers. I have KW ClubSports.

Hey Buddy, you already have coilovers with your gt2... I had -2.8 when i tried them and fit...then after i took a slipper slope and went to -3.X for more grip in the turns

Having the 10" up front really helps with front grip for our cars. More so on the Turbo's as they under steer like a pig as is.

So I have a lowered 996TT currently. Is aftermarket coilovers all I will need? Did you have to modify the fender liner or roll the fender as well?

I'm guessing yes you will need after market coilovers to fit..this is my assumption, not a fact.

No i did not modify fender liner
No i did not have to roll front fender.

This is what my front looks like with my coilover setup.

With the 10" fronts, how much are you able to turn the steering wheel without rubbing? Can you go lock to lock?

Yes you can do full lock. Depends on your alignment / caster and tires running i'm sure.

I only run 245/640/18 P Zero Slicks... or about a 265/35/18 in terms of a street size tire.

This video shows me going full lock with them un-wanting to. 0 Damage.

Per your guy's request here is the wheels... very clean. Comes with caps and air caps to. They are beautiful but they do not fit new car...

Looks awesome! Too bad they're so wide. I'd buy a set in stock sizes in a heartbeat!

I can't believe it myself... I'm going to take off the bronze paint and put them back to oem this week to see if that helps.
