SOLD Roock Racing Power Package - Exhaust by Europipe, 993 GT2 K24s, Ported Headers

Category: Engine - Power Adders
Price: $2899
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part fits: Porsche 911 996 Turbo
Location (State): NC
Item Condition: Used
Shipping Information: Item can be shipped

SOLD SOLD SOLD

- This is sold as a complete package and CANNOT be separated.
- All components haave around 20,000 miles of use and were working fine when removed for bigger turbos.
- Includes: the Roock Racing Sportsystem Exhaust made by Europipe, K24 turbos, ported OEM headers, and turbo shields.
- Europipe built this exhaust exclusively for Roock Racing between 2000-2002 as part of their performance packages.
- The exhaust provides a mild increase in both sound (completely drone-free) and a slight increase in power.
- The 300 cell cats comply with all emissions laws and avoid any Check Engine Light headaches.
- A significant power increase comes from the upgraded 993 GT2 K24 turbos (which were used because the 996 K24 Turbos weren't available at the time)
- No signs of leaks, worn parts, etc.
- Only known issue is that a stud will need to be replaced to the flange connecting the turbo the headers (pictured below).
- The ported OEM headers are the best performing, most cost effective of all header upgrades. We're practically throwing these in for free and should help cut down the spool time of your new K24s.
- This package is perfect for someone looking for a slight increase in sound without any drone, a lot of additional power, zero ECU/emissions issues, and the well-known build quality and fitment of a Europipe made exhaust.
- With the addition of an ECU tune to account for the new exhaust and turbos, or if you already have one, your car will be a completely different animal.

REDUCED AGAIN TO $2899 (includes BOTH shipping and PayPal fees)

Looks to be a smoking deal! GLWS. I'd love to go K24s. I recently rode in a friend's tuned 996TT with K24s and it was like night and day getting back into my stock K16 car.

So does the exhaust bolt pattern use a 993 K24 exit? I had thought you couldn't swap 993/996 turbos.

You're right, they aren't interchangeable typically, but the exhaust bolt pattern has been changed to accommodate the 993 K24 hot side. Only a handful of these exhausts around that allow for this. This was done because from 2000-2002, there weren't 996 K24s to pull from and some owners were impatient, so Roock employed Europipe to make some custom units.

Are 993 and 996 K24s the same performance wise or is one better than the other?

This IS a great deal and the turbo's are pretty much the same. Same wheels and CHRA's. You can still even upgrade these K24's to a hybrid making this deal even more sweet!

Not a bad idea either. That'd make for a serious sleeper car.

Okay, I wasn't positive. If you still have this around in 2 months or so, although you probably won't, I may be in the market!
