Hi. On the r888. Where are they located? I am in NYC during week and ct on weekends.
Also how old are they?
I would pm you but my post count isn't high enough. I am rcg412 on Rennlist as well.
Thanks
Ross

rcg,
theyre in brooklyn, on the car. theyre about a year old. i bought them when i had my magnesium wheels painted and put them on the wall ( i have 4 sets of wheels !). ive received a few offers in the 800/900 range but to be honest its such a PITA and i risk damaging painted magnesium wheels that i decided not to bother.
since this thread i've put over 400 miles on the tires.

Do you have rims to go with it? In manhattan, want a set but don't have the rims to fit it yet. Running a 996 C4S but want the second set/Toyos for DE.
RCG, sorry the tires arent available anymore. ive put over 1k miles on them since this post.
its such a love/hate relationship with these tires. theyre sooooooo grippy. (my michelin supersports dont come close to the grip these r888s provide), but the noise, especially now that ive put some miles on them, is ridiculous. i think toyo uses the same type of rubber that 18 wheelers do (because it makes a similar sound to an 18 wheeler coasting down the highway).
