No, They were built by NR Auto in Carbon reinforced plastic. Direct cast of OEM parts, I have compared side by side with my new car (997 GT2) and these are flawless. The fit is OEM aswell.

The original post states it fits widebody (997 tt) and narrow body (c2s). However, I'm not sure how that's possible.

It will fit perfectly on both..I was in the same boat as you guys, i thought that it would not fit but i have personally test fit on a 2007 C2S(Narrow) & a 2009 997 Turbo (wide) and they went on both cars perfectly..So i figured that maybe the dimensions from NB to WB is different in the rear quarter panels not in the actual rear bumper.. ? Not sure. But I can tell you 100% the fit was the same.

Unfortunately i don't have any use for the werks 1 wing otherwise i would be..:-/ That is a awesome piece. Im keeping my new car just the way it since it is an authentic GT2. I love the factory styling on this car

But I would bet somebody on the forum would buy yours and then you could put the $ to this one.. have you listed it FS on here?

No sir, it will fit as is. One of the vehicles I test fitted on was a 997.1 Turbo and there was no need to re-route anything. Fits beautifully. Lmk if you have any other questions!
