Does this piggyback off the ecu or can you remove the ecu completely?

 

for now its a piggyback but undercover tuning is working on setting it up as a standalone.

 

32Krazy is right it is technically a piggyback in the sense that the factory ECU is retained. However, the ProEFI controls pretty muach everything. Garth is definitely the man when it comes to this system and Pcars. It is also worth noting that with a different harness you can use this kit in a 997 as well. Also the price listed is OBO. I will also sell the gauge separately, but would prefer to keep it as a package deal.

Don you can do either, most opt for the piggy setup as you can get by emmissions testing that way.

Even UGR on thier lambos are running motec's in Piggy back form

ask proefi if the harness can be be returned for a different harness or refund. i have a buddy with gm diesel 1 ton thats looking for a proefi and if theres a harness available he ay be interested.

 

ProEFI said no go for the harness return or exchange. Price listed is a little flexible guys. I would like to get this thing out of here.

Ok I am willing to sell the box and the harness for a huge loss. No sensors with this price, simply the box and the harness. $2200obo gets you a brand new 128 box and a 996tt harness.
