Up for sale is a used Akrapovic Titanium catback exhaust system. It's currently on a Panamera Turbo but to my knowledge it will fit on any of the V8 Panameras. Comes with the exhaust-valve remote and all hardware is included. The exhaust is currently on the car but can be uninstalled at anytime.

That I don't know.. I also just realized that I have the first generation Panamera Turbo Akrapovic exhaust after going to their website to look up whether or not it would fit on your car. I will edit the original post to include a picture of the first-gen exhaust system.
