inlet camshaft
inlet hydraulic lifters (VarioCamPlus)
cyl. head scavenge oil pump
and/or
complete cylinder heads
and/or
complete engine.
Reason - engine failure due to broken scavenge oil pump and broken (!) inlet camshaft.
