These are Surface Transforms built discs. They are branded as Alcon. You can see the Surface Transform emblem etched into the hat actually(you can barely see it in pic 3 at about 9:00). These rotors are an upgrade to a superior material and a slight upgrade in size to the oem PCCB rotors. Front discs are 390mm and rear are 360mm. To accommodate the extra 10mm over stock size there are extra length caliper bolts and spacers included in the kit. They are very easy to put on.
This set of discs needs to be sent to Surface Transforms to be refurbished. It will cost you about $3000 at the most(inclusive of shipping and everything else), maybe significantly less if no hat hardware has to be replaced to have this done, hence the selling price. (A complete new set of these rotors will cost you £8000/$12,000+)
I can help put you in touch to get the refurbish done. They can be refurbished a total of 5 times.(I am considering selling my car soon so I never sent them in)
