I cleaned these in my ultrasonic parts washer, did a refinish with some 1,200 degree gloss black ceramic exhaust paint inside the tips, and then a touch up of the outsides of the shaped tips with a high-temp, metallic exhaust paint which is almost a perfect match of the OEM color, but is a little nicer IMO.
Part #s are 7L5.253.823 & 7L5.253.824. The covers do not come off the tips even after removing the bolt & 2 screws as I initially tried to take them off to make the repainting easier, but it looks like they must be installed by Porsche before they weld the two pipes together, as they only move toward the Y-joint, not in the direction of the end.
I looked for another set of these for sale anywhere to determine an appropriate price, but couldn't find a set, so they may be fairly rare, and in this condition are probably extremely rare - regular turbo tips in similar condition are listed in the $600 range so I've priced these at $800 (plus shipping & PP Fees). Aftermarket tips from Fabspeed, cargraphic, and FVD run from $600-$1,000 depending on the style and brand, and some people place a premium on OEM quality & fitment, which is how I came up with this number, but am also willing to entertain offers. I'm not sure if they fit other years or models so you'll have to do some checking, but would make a nice upgrade to an S or Turbo if they do (probably don't work with a GTS since that has the PSE and 2 input pipes to each tip instead of 1).

I'm not sure, but I don't think they will. I think the GTS tips, because of the sport exhaust and valved mufflers, have two pipes running into each tip (at least that's the way Porsche does it on the 997s), but maybe do some research into GTS tips and let me know.
So I did a google search for Cayenne 957 GTS sport exhaust tips and can't find a single image of a twin inlet tip, so maybe my initial thought is incorrect. Maybe look under your rear bumper and see if your tips connect like those in my photos.
