I purchased the 2 rears based on this ad and text messages with the seller. Basically the seller stated the tires are 9/32 and they are at best 4-5/32. One tire inner wall is damaged due to being driven on while flat, but seller stated he never check the inner tires....

I paid to have them shipped on my UPS acct from FL to CA for more than $100 and also had to mail him the UPS label and tape to make it "convenient" for him, but seller does not want to refund my $ back for both tires just the damaged one.

The picture he texted me showing 9/32 is NOT the tires he sent and again they are not "take offs" or even usable to say the least. Please look at the pictures and decide for yourself if you want to deal with this seller but I have already contacted Chuck to see if he can assist at all while paypal goes the dispute process. Also, thank god I didn't send the $ friends/family as he suggested!

Picture one shows what seller texted me. See the horizontal line in that picture is no where to be found on the tires I received. Seller swears the picture is the same tire but pictures don't lie, nor do tread measurements.
