FYI the part numbers on the front rotors are coming up as center lock wheel only rotors.

 

These are left over items from a OEM Centerlock Conversion Kit, that I bought from Suncoast. That's maybe why the part number may be reflecting that.

I had converted my car from the 5 lug to centerlock, however I opted not to swap out my (almost new) Gyrodisk rotors and break pads with these OEM parts.

Given my Gyrodisk rotors were originally on my 5 lug configuration and also fit perfectly after the centerlock conversion, this tells me that these rotors are identical to the 5 lug ones, and should fit on the 5 lug configuration on a 997.1 with no issue.

Yup this should fit 5 lug. As mentioned they came off a centerlock kit, but I kept my original 5 lug rotors. So the fit should be identical.
