I'm selling a Porsche Tequipment Short Shifter, installed in an OEM 996 Turbo shifter housing (PN: 996-424-010-04) with EVOMS billet shift linkage. Everything is in great working order and recently cleaned and re-lubed. New, the shifter is $400 and the linkage is $140.

Great, direct feeling setup. The only reason I'm selling is because I prefer longer shift throws so I replaced it with a 997.2 GT3 RS shifter and 996 Cup Car cable setup.

is this same OEM short shifter for 997 ? if yes, i want it.

 

It's similar but not the same as the OEM 997 shifter. I believe the throw reduction is the same (25-33%) but the Tequipment uses metal bushings while the the OEM 997 SSK uses plastic bushings.

The part number for the Tequipment shifter (according to Pelican Parts) is 000-044-700-26-OEM.
