This is a used Agency Power Short Shifter that came out of my 996 Turbo. This shifter is adjustable and as you can see by the photos it is in great shape. It includes the cage/housing assembly, so this is a plug and play simple installation.

I believe it fits all 996s and 997s, and I also believe it fits some Boxsters and Caymans. Make sure it will fit your car prior to purchase.
