I m pretty sure it is an indoor car cover. Is there a way to check?

 

100% indoor cover - I have the same one in black and had to search high and low for one. It's heavy duty for an indoor but soft to the touch. I would not use this outside ever.

 

What condition is the cover in? Are the brake pads still available?

 

Brake pads are still available. I don’t have the car anymore so can’t put the cover on to examine how it fits. I never used it but can tell previous owner used the cover as it shows where the tires touch the cover. There are some light stains as can be seen in the picture.
