This is just general info for M3racer…we have had a significant number of low post new members posting in the classifieds “still available?” And then scamming members. I’m not in any way trying to malign Ysi388 as it could be completely coincidental that his activity conforms to scammer behavior. I am only trying to protect a valued, long time member. Please proceed with reasonable caution.

 

Thank you for that insite. Honestly i've been bombarded with these sort of scammers for so many years i'm totally on to all the games they play. I will proceed with caution as always. "Ysi388" this is nothing personal against you if in fact you're a legitimate buyer.

 

Do you know what modification is needed to fit bar with a bose subwoofer?

 

not exactly, i have a subwoofer and if I was to install this it would really just be some measuring and fitting in really. Maybe someone else that's actrually done it can chime in but for me it would've been fairly easy install.

 

You'd more than likely have to remove the Bose subwoofer to fit this. Or cut the rear cross brace out of the rollbar and reposition it. The only rollbar that mounts to the rear shock towers and works with the Bose subwoofer is the BBi one.

 

Definitely wouldn't advise or recommend cutting anything. You can remove the subwoofer but that's not solving the install issue and only a temporary solution if the user does not mind. Modifying the subwoofer corners would be my advised if i chose to install with subwoofer still in place.
