I am looking to pick up a GT Mulliner as a daily driver. I just got back from the dealer and test drove one, it was very nice but the one they had wasn't my ideal color combo. I know these cars drop like a rock in one year which is my main reason for not buying a new one.

I have found a few 07's, I would like to pick up a diamond edition but I wanted to see if anyone thinks it is worth picking up an 08 Speed and to see if there is that big of a difference compared to the normal GT.

 

I picked up a 07 Diamond Edition. It's unreal. I just has work done on it as well. New exhaust, Lowering Module, New 22 943R HRE's, chrome lower grills it's sic!!! ( Pictures coming soon )

If you chip the 07 Diamond edition it will be putting out 660 HP. Man that is crazy!!

I was running a rice bike the other morning in Mexico and passed it at 150!!

The car is insane and if you chip it for 5k. You will be in the car for about 165. I think the GT Speeds are like 205 or more.

Go with the Diamond and chip it!!

I haven't even thought about adding a chip. What is available on the car? Also what exhaust options are there?

I can't wait to see your pictures. If I pick one up I am also going to add the 9 series HRE's, just trying to figure out which one I like the best.

 

If you find a great deal a 07 Diamond Edition can go for 155 or so with little miles. That's if your lucky!!

Yeah there are alot of options out there. I put on a Speed Gallery exhaust and a lowering module thru them as well. The chip if done by GIAC is the way to go. Should run you around $5500.00

Hre wheels are awesome and so many choices. But the Diamond Series comes with it's own wheels different from the regular Mulliner and GT wheels. There great as well, actually really nice 20's standard on the diamond series. Also the Carbon Ceramic brakes are an unreal option that comes on the Diamond. The greatest brakes I have ever had on any car. It was a 15,000 option for the GT's but standard on the Diamond. I just wanted a meaner look and bigger wheels and lowering the car will bring that effect.
