I am hoping someone can help me. I am doing a super sports conversion on my 05 CGT and got some used bumpers ordered now my body shop is installing them and they are running into some fitment problems on the sides where bumper connects to fenders. I always thought that these bumpers would be a direct replacement and the actual body is the same. Am I wrong in thinking that ? Or are the bumpers wrong in any way ?
Any help would be great I just spent a ton of money on this and now nothing is fitting

 

Were you able to fix the fitment issues? I am looking to do this on my CGT as well but i want to make sure everything will fit okay.

 

Are you guys going to remap the ECU to make it run like the SS? Go for it. I am considering it on my 07 GTC but keeping stock exterior looks.

 

The rear fenders are 15mm wider on a Supersports. The rear bumper is not a direct fit.
