Not unless the ambient temperature is zero and the car has been off for days. The last two posters make excellent points.

Engine Temperature

You are so correct. I actually meant why the needle wasn't at the beginning of the scale. And even that is explained by the fact that the gauge is in degrees versus just a calibration where the lowest mark is when the engine is cold, or whatever the ambient temperature is. Anyway, I did a big duh after I thought about it. I'm clear on the matter now.

I'm a habitual "big duh" guy.

I have had 3 Bentley GT's, all run right at 200 all the time. Once the car is up to temperature it doesn't matter if it is hot or cold outside, the car runs at 200 degrees.

Hello Nguyennhatquang,
What happens if you turn all 4 zones of heat to max, and full blast fan ?
Just curious, before you tear into the thermostat as we discussed in messenger.
