Thanks guys. I have considered the fact that if you are the type that likes the darker interiors this look might be off putting. Color perception and preference is very much a personal matter. This color scheme really got to me and I have not tired of it.

I see these light color with the highly curled maple as pretty showy and exotic. A man driving clients for business might prefer a more conservative interior. IMHO.

Very, Very Nice.

I think the lighter colors are great with the black exterior. And you are right about how a certain combination of colors will appeal to a certain individual. Having a wide variety of color selections is what helps make Bentley a great car. I have been a Mercedes fan for decades so before I finalized the deal on my current Bentley, I went to two Mercedes dealers to see if there was something else I should consider. I found that there was a lack of color variety, especially in the interiors.

The RR Ghost I drove in Nashville did not have much for interior color. The black piano finish wood on the dark grey leather was way to subdued for me. Here again might suit a business situation very well but not enough of a personal statement for me.

I have shown you mine now let me see yours.

Yep, Bentley has so much options for their interior. It's like going to a candy store. There are alot great Porsche interior options too, but on a Bentley it's just simply beautiful.

See the PDF file attached. I have ordered a convertible with the same exterior, interior and wood. As you can see, I like the lighter colors too.

I think you were the one who shamed me into getting the convertible.

Shamed you????????? let me gentley correct you. Reworded-Brought you to your senses.

Is that walnut? I like walnut and use it in humidor building. Do let me forewarn you about the switch to a convertible. You will get twice the onlookers and the drool could fall INTO the car.

Regarding the wood it is called Bur Walnut. They have several other shades of walnut.

Regarding convertible attention, most of my cars have been convertibles. I currently own a 2004 red SL500 with a cream and taupe interior that has probably conditioned me for the GTC. At least when people see the red car, they know what it is unlike my GT where they think it is a Jaguar. Maybe the GTC will correct the situation.

Maybe everyone knows that the GTC base cost is $218,525 and the GT base cost is $198,975 or a difference of $19,950. That is not as big a difference as I had first thought. Had I known that I might have gone ahead and ordered the GTC instead of taking delivery on the GT.
